Download our event facility and staff fee guidelines below to view more detailed information about our facility and fees. All services, including event planning and execution, will be provided ONLY by our excellent hospitality team and staff, unless we specifically agree in writing to do otherwise. ArtsQuest will not negotiate the terms of your agreement, or the details of your event, with anyone except you, and will not communicate in person or in writing with third party event planners.
All facility rentals will include an additional two hours of setup and one hour of breakdown time. 24-hour holds are available – applicable fees will apply.
