Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem presented by Univest Financial takes place on PNC Plaza at SteelStacks.
Free public parking for Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem and SteelStacks is available adjacent to Christkindlmarkt, located at PNC Plaza at SteelStacks, 645 East First Street.
Limited parking for persons with disabilities is also available. All parking on campus is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Public parking is available at:
- Polk Street Garage, 418 PA-412
- North Street Parking Garage, 85 West North St.
- Riverport Parking Garage, 17 West 2nd St.
- South New Street Parking Garage, 3rd & New Streets
LANTA Buses & Bus Stops
NEW this year! Take the Blue Line from Trexlertown or the Green Line from Easton– both will stop throughout the north and south sides of the city for all the holiday fun. Or park in one of the public parking garages and hop on the shuttle from there with stops at:
- Southside Stops: Hayes St. (at 3rd), Southside Station (at Polk Street Garage), Fahy Bridge South (New & 2nd)
- Northside Stops: Fahy Bridge North (New & Lehigh), Downtown Bethlehem (Guetter & Broad), West Broad St. (at 2nd)

A list of participating merchants is available here, but a list doesn’t do them justice. Make sure you give yourself enough time to stop by all the booths!
We’ve also got some delicious eats and drinks available to keep you fueled and ready to shop!
For the safety and convenience of all our guests, pets – except for trained service dogs, are not permitted at Christkindlmarkt.
Christkindlmarkt, is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. Please note, ArtsQuest is unable to provide or rent wheelchairs or walkers for our guests.
Restaurants
Bethlehem is renowned for its wonderful restaurants. Visitors will find many delicious options to choose from in the city’s Historic Moravian District and in the SouthSide Arts District. Christkindlmarkt also offers a variety of dining options.

Restrooms are available in the Visitor Center at SteelStacks presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, 711 E. 1st Street as well as at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way.

An “Old Fashioned” Christmas

ArtsQuest has partnered with Edrington and Levy Restaurants to bring back – and add new twists to – last year’s sold out tastings built around the Old Fashioned cocktail!
We’ll be crafting four different Old Fashioneds for you to sample – some with a holiday twist – using Edrington’s Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon, Wyoming Whiskey Outryder, Highland Park 12, and The Famous Grouse!
Your ticket gets you admission into Christkindlmarkt, a full old fashioned cocktail from one of the Christkindlmarkt bars, and food from Levy Restaurant Executive Chef Julie Marble.
Christkindlmarkt Hot Glass Experience

Presented by the ArtsQuest Glass Studio
Start your glass-making adventure by doing a Hot Glass Experience. With the guidance of one of our artists, you’ll work one-on-one to create your own glass ornament or swirled paper weight. Each session takes 20 minutes. Ages 6 and up are welcome. No experience is necessary.
Tickets: $70 per 20-minute time slot; ticket includes admission to Christkindlmarkt
Crayola Creativity Station at Christkindlmarkt

Saturdays & Sundays, 10:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
Within Christkindlmarkt, take a break to make a festive craft! Stop by anytime throughout Christkindlmarkt to work on a coloring page or self-directed project. On Saturdays and Sundays between 10:15 a.m. and 3:15 p.m., Banana Factory teaching artists will be on-site to guide you through a project. New crafts will be offered each weekend of Christkindlmarkt, so there is always something new to try.
