Jonathan van Halem is a stand-up comedian based in Brooklyn, New York. He currently works at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and previously worked at Stephen Colbert Presents Tooning Out The News. He’s also served as a contributor to the parody website Clickhole.
Known for his observational comedy and relatable style, Jonathan has worked as an opener for comedians such as Kevin Nealon (SNL), Kyle Gordon (Planet of the Bass) and Sabrina Wu (Joy Ride). He’s performed on some of New York’s best showcases, like 50 First Jokes, Newcomers at the Bell House, and One Liner Madness. He’s achieved significant success online, with clips routinely garnering millions of views on Instagram and TikTok. He’s represented by Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
