On Tuesday, February 25th, join the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas staff and ArtsQuest Cinema Committee as we make our final predictions for Hollywood's biggest night! We'll predict who we think WILL and SHOULD win in all of the major categories.
You must register through the ticket link above. Registrations end 10 minutes before the advertised start time. At that time, everyone who registered will get a Zoom link sent to them. Zoom is free to use and only requires a quick download to run. We will also be streaming this event via Facebook Live on the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas page
Anthony DeSanctis

Anthony DeSanctis is ArtsQuest’s Programming Manager and the Lead Programmer of the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas. He is a Penn State alum with a BA in Media Studies from the College of Communications. A true movie aficionado, Anthony has written and directed a few films as well. His film The Alley won Best Film at the Front House “Philm” Fest in Philadelphia in 2014. In his spare time, he enjoys improv comedy and has performed with The Associated Mess, For Eyes, and has produced his own improv comedy show The Sequel Show creating on-the-spot sequels to your favorite one-and-done films.
Alessandra Fanelli

Alessandra Fanelli (she/her) is an Arts Administrator, Digital Content Creator, and co-curator of the LGBTQ+ Film Series and Cinema Significa. She has worked with non-profit theaters in the Lehigh Valley and performed in local community theatre. Previously, she served as the Box Office and Film Manager for Civic Theatre of Allentown. Ále holds a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from West Chester University and a Master’s in Arts Administration from Kutztown University. As a proud Peruvian-American and Queer woman, she is passionate about responsible storytelling and using film to foster empathy, education, and community engagement.
Francisco Aguilar

Francisco Aguilar is a multi-disciplinary artist working in filmmaking, photography, and writing. His work explores the beauty and transience of human experiences, often reflecting on time, memory, and the everyday. Francisco’s films, photographs, and written pieces have been showcased in exhibitions and film festivals, earning recognition for their emotional depth and narrative power. As co-curator of Cinema Significa, he continues to share stories that provoke reflection on the impermanence of life and the connections between the mundane and the profound.
Lauren Tocci

Lauren Tocci is a veteran public high school teacher and a PhD student at Lehigh University. She serves as a member of the cinema committee at Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas, co-curates the First Saturday Horror Series, and dedicates her time to the celebration of arthouse cinemas. Lauren completed her bachelor’s degree and M.A. at Kutztown University where she studied found footage horror cinema. When she isn’t in a cool dark movie theater, she co-hosts, How Could You?! a film podcast with her husband Ryan.
